Mediation is a voluntary, cost-effective means of settling disputes. It is an informal process which uses a conversational, facilitated discussion led by a professional Rule 31 Listed Civil mediator to assist the parties in coming to an agreement.

Mediate IT provides mediation services to businesses and individuals in and around Robertson County/Middle TN. Mediate IT offers a suite of services primarily focusing on information technology (IT) mediation, as well as mediating civil cases in Robertson County.

Donita Brown, a native of Robertson County, is the owner of Mediate IT. Donita provides mediation services to business and individuals in her role as a Rule 31 Civil Mediator. She has worked in the Information Technology field for over ten years and during this time she noticed that there were many failed projects and contracts in the information technology world that could have been avoided by using the right techniques. Donita’s background and experience enable her to remove the “technology language” barrier by utilizing mediation, conflict management, and dispute resolution strategies.
